We’re Skuse Graham Lawyers, a criminal law firm supporting residents in the Darling Downs. Our directors, Claire Graham and Brad Skuse came together in 2019 to establish a firm that would provide equal and fair representation in the Darling Downs, from lawyers with local knowledge.

Our lawyers are here to support you through legal proceedings, helping you understand clearly what is going on and what each stage means for you. To do this, it’s important that we spend the time with you, breaking down confusing legal processes and translating them into plain English. We’ll never throw convoluted legal terminology at you.

Our team is passionate about providing accessible legal representation. We work with clients from all walks of life in some of the most stressful periods of their lives. So, to make this quality legal representation achievable we offer fixed fees and support applications for Legal Aid funding

At Skuse Graham Lawyers, we have three offices situated in Toowoomba, Dalby, and Warwick so we can ensure availability for you.
